FAMILYYA is taking a break over the summer & will resume in September for a new and exciting year!

Meanwhile, please feel free to attend Mass on Sundays at 2:15PM and Wednesdays at 6:30PM (with the Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help) and Friday Novena to the Black Nazarene at 6:30PM.

Who We Are

FAMILYYA: FAMILYYA is the Family, Youth, and Young Adult Ministry at the Chapel of San Lorenzo Ruiz. FAMILYYA aims to bring the Filipino-American Catholic community of New York closer together through meaningful lessons on the liturgy, through service in the Mass, and through community activities.

FAMILYYA meets every Friday after the 6:30PM First Friday Mass and after the 6:30PM novena on all other Fridays. All activities hosted by FAMILYYA including lessons, training sessions, and events are FREE and open to the public, unless otherwise noted. All lessons and training sessions are based on Catholic tradition. The Chapel of San Lorenzo Ruiz is located on 378 Broome Street in New York City, between Mulberry Street and Mott Street.
